To assist you in the administration process we have provided you with all our important forms in one place.

UK Small Estates Form

If the late shareholder held shares in a UK company you will need to complete the UK small estates form, this form must be completed and returned with the late shareholders death certificate. Please remember this service can only be used if the value of the shareholding is under £30,000.

Stock Transfer Form

If you wish to transfer the shares into the names of the beneficiaries, you will need to complete a Stock Transfer Form and return this with the valid share certificate(s). 

Please remember shares can only be transferred once the relevant legal documents have been registered and the legal representatives are named on the late shareholders account.

Once the relevant legal documents have been registered, you can chose to donate the shares to charity using the form below.
